People, culture and technology and how they intersect and interact has been a theme that has fascinated me for years. I have published articles on this subject for various magazines. I wrote a bi-monthly column for Business Standard (India) titled, "SMS From Silicon Valley."

I hold an MPhil degree in International Relations and Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; MA in International Political Economy from Marquette University, Milwaukee; and BA in History from Women's Christian College, Madras.
